Entries received from abroad

Nearly a month since opening the Call for Entries and we have received a number of short films from abroad. Countries such as the United Kingdom, Canada, United States of America and Spain to name but a few, as well as multiple entries from around Ireland.

As this is the first year we are using the online film entry system from Film Freeway we are delighted to see the commitment from film makers to our festival.

If you are thinking of entering your short film please click the Film Freeway link (below or on the Entry page) to sign up. The charge for this years festival is only $10.00 (around €8.80). This is the minimum charge for entry and it helps cover the costs that are present in running the competition and festival events. (Please note that this cannot be wavered).

The maximum duration of any film entered is 20 minutes (excluding opening and closing credits). Any film submitted that exceeds this duration will not be considered and there are no refunds of the entry fee. We ask that all entrants read the submission rules on the Film Freeway link before entering so as to ensure that your film meets the criteria.

Best of luck

Limerick Film Festival Team.
